The January 2000 MNDot IRC Study (I-94/494 to Collegeville, MN) under “Addtional Interchanges” identified 8 potential new interchages and specifically included “new interchange (full acess) near Kadler Ave/CSAH 37 in Otsego.” Wright county has already designated Dadler Av as the I-94 connection for the CSAH 37 East/West corridor to the CSAH 37 TH101 interchange in Otsego.  County Road 37 to the north is a 10 ton road.
